Blue motionless surface of the lake

Airplane taking off and leaving trails on motionless surface of water of east side of Lake Tahoe. I happened to drive to Sand Harbor near Incline Village where I was later doing some photo shooting. On the way there I stopped couple of times to look a the different views of the lake. During my second stop I heard some noise cutting thru the silence of the morning winter day and few moments later this yellow seaplane took off for what appeared to be just a testing flight.

Lake Tahoe became the lake some 3 million years ago. The deepest point is about 1640 ft (500 meters) and it is the second deepest lake in United States.
