Cathedral disappearing in intense dust strom in Nevada desert

Conexus Cathedral was built to inspire many Black Rock City residents to participate and interact in harmony. This photo was taken during the periodic dust waves creating the surreal visual oasis of hope in the city lost in the dust blanket.

The Conexus Cathedral invites all Black Rock City residents to participate and interact, to experience joy, love, and spirit; to play together in laughter, fun, and silliness.

Marvelous, I dream about taking pictures like this. I am still trying but have a long way to go … Simply remarkable execution on both the composition and the exposure.
